| Finally got a call with a delivery date. Waited in all day. Nothing. I called them. They said they'd investigate and call me back. They didn't call me back. And haven't answered my email either. |

| Almost a month since this company took payment from my account. I have yet to receive the promised 'delivery date' call. I have yet to be called back regarding requests, via telephone, for information, despite this having being promised on each occasion. My two email requests for information have been 'acknowledged' but nothing further has transpired. No online tracking service, no indication of stock levels on the site...I suspect the item I ordered is out of stock, but they are happy to keep my money whilst waiting for the item to be restocked. 'Customer Service' appears to consist of little more than appeasement and avoidance typical of the 'call centre' culture. |
